I feel a little obligation to explain what a troll is after making the claim that someone at Golden's site was one yesterday. A troll is someone who tries to make a fool of another person online. The term originated from a method of fishing where the bait is dangled in the wake of a moving boat to lure unsuspecting fish. The best way to manage trolls is to ignore them.
For a more complete definition of an Internet troll, check out the Wikipedia description.

the worst is when you have a troll who becomes mean and tries to shut you down with some kind of virus when they start losing an argument...But, I wonder who "Clearing" was an how they found their way to the interesting discussion. I'm afraid that they may have caught the title "On Fire for God" and then crawled out from behind their rock to do what they do best.
Let me state up front that this is simply my opinion...LOL! But, I think Clearing is Forrest's inner self trying to find his way out. Look at the times of his postings...
He is a good friend of mine. But he says things that I wouldn't dare say.

BTW, thanks for the link...it gave some very helpful information. No wonder my anonymous comment was met with such animosity!
Wow, I got a whole post out of dust. You know he was waiting for an opportunity like this. Sorry to disappoint. Maybe, someday we'll get a real troll.
Well, that was fun.
BTW, Clearing, impressive. I've been had.
Only if they didn't vote for Buchanan (or did).

Don't Dream It's Over
Actually I enjoyed the discussion re: trolls from Dust; irregardless of our friend behaving like one. It's always good to know the proper use of our modern lexicon.
To be honest, in retrospect I enjoyed it too.
For the record, there was no troll behavior happening here. It was just some brotherly banter between me and Forrest. Remember a troll hides behind anonymity, however all of you know who I am.

Were you speaking from experience about an older brother doing things to get reactions from younger siblings? HMMM? ;o)
